1.1 在预订之前,请务必咨询团位和出发日期。如未进行咨询而直接预订,我们将尽力为客户安排。如果预订日期已满,我们将与客户协商安排退款。如果预订未成团,我们将为客户安排改期,或如果无法改期,则安排退款。
Before making a reservation, please inquire about available slots and departure dates. If you book directly without consultation, we will do our best to accommodate you. If the requested date is fully booked, we will discuss refund arrangements with the customer. If the reservation does not materialize, we will arrange for rescheduling for the customer, or if rescheduling is not possible, arrange for a refund.
1.2 支付成功后,客户将收到确认邮件或短信,确认预订已成功。但此邮件仅为我司确认函,具体预订确认以我司发回的供应商预订确认函为准。
